Erica McDonald

Erica McDonald has worked in various roles in the field of human resources. Erica started their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Davidson Hotels & Resorts in 2014. Erica then joined SH Hotels & Resorts as an Assistant Human Resources Manager from February 2017 to February 2019. Erica later worked at ARRIVE Hotels & Restaurants as a Corporate Human Resources Coordinator from March 2019 to January 2020, and then as a Corporate Human Resources Manager from January 2020 to November 2020. Currently, they work at Palisociety as an Assistant Director of Human Resources since October 2022.

Erica McDonald attended Marist College from 2009 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources. In 2012, they also briefly studied at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, although it is unclear what degree or field of study they pursued at that institution.
