John Danis

John Danis has an extensive background in operations and supply chain management. John has held various leadership positions in different companies, including Pall Corporation, Firth Rixson, Aegis Investments, Wheel Pros, Lifesparc, OEA - Autoliv Incorporated, Goodrich, Stanley Aviation Corporation, and Boeing/McDonnell Douglas Aircraft Company.

At Pall Corporation, they served as the Global Vice President of Operations, overseeing 9 manufacturing plants worldwide. John achieved significant improvements in cost, inventory turnover, and on-time delivery.

During their tenure as the Director of OPEX for the Americas at Pall Corporation, they led operations excellence initiatives to improve operational and financial performance, implement lean manufacturing practices, and meet key performance metrics.

At Firth Rixson, John was the Plant Manager responsible for rebuilding the organization, driving cost savings, implementing lean manufacturing, and achieving operational excellence. John successfully increased EBITDA, improved cash flow, on-time delivery, and production output.

As the Managing Director at Aegis Investments, they oversaw investment positions and worked on restructuring management teams and evaluating new investment opportunities.

As Materials Manager, Sales/Marketing Manager, and General Manager IPT Sheet Metal at Stanley Aviation Corporation, they revamped materials operations, managed a $3 million sheet metal division with complete P&L responsibility, and played a key role in supply chain and customer kitting programs.

At Boeing/McDonnell Douglas Aircraft Company, they held various managerial positions, including Business Unit Manager, Senior Manager of Material Operations, Manager of Production Control, and Senior Manufacturing & Production Control Coordinator, where they had significant responsibilities in material and inventory support, production control, and on-time delivery.

John Danis earned their BA in Business Administration from Point Loma Nazarene University between 1985 and 1989. John later pursued an MBA in Business from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 1992 to 1994.
