Scott Strain

Scott Strain has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the service and customer support industry. Scott most recently served as the Vice President, Equipment Services at Cytiva, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President, Global Service and Customer Service at Pall Corporation from October 2017. Scott also served as the Vice President, Global Service at Beckman Coulter/Danaher from August 2013 to October 2017.

Before joining Beckman Coulter/Danaher, Scott worked at Videojet/Danaher, where they held multiple roles, including Vice President, North America Service and Support, Director of NA Service and Support, Director of Technical Support and Solutions, and Director of Global Service Operations. Scott started their career at Gilbarco Veeder-Root/Danaher, where they held positions such as Manager of Service Integration and Manager of Analytical Operations.

Scott's career began at the National Park Service, where they worked as a Firefighter Type I/II for the Arrowhead Hotshots, Initial Attack, and Engine Crew from May 1994 to November 1998.

Scott Strain earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Western Michigan University between the years 1993 and 1997.
