Meahgan O’Grady

Ms. O’Grady joined Palladium in 2021 and serves as Director of Business Development. Ms. O'Grady serves on the Board of Directors of Palladium portfolio company Daniel's Jewelers. Previously, she worked as Vice President and Head of Business Development in Mid-Cap Private Equity at KPS Capital Partners. Prior to KPS, Ms. O’Grady led the business development and sourcing efforts at Long Point Capital and was Senior Associate in the Fixed Income group at Goldman Sachs. She started her career at Ernst and Young as a Senior Analyst in the Derivatives Valuation Center. Ms. O’Grady graduated from the College of William and Mary with a B.S. in Business Administration and earned her M.B.A. from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business.
