Rachel Bown

Rachel Bown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and logistics within humanitarian and stabilization operations. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager and Commercial Lead at Palladium since July 2020, Rachel oversees procurement and logistics for projects commissioned by the UK Department for International Development. Previously, Rachel worked at the Department for International Development (DFID) from April 2016 to July 2020, where responsibilities included logistics management and coordination of the UK Emergency Medical Team. Additional experience includes a role as Deployments Officer at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, managing deployment processes for staff in fragile states, and project development work at SEED Madagascar. Rachel holds a degree in International Development from the University of Portsmouth.
