Chih-Hsing Chou, PhD

Chih-Hsing Chou, PhD has a diverse work experience in scientific research and pharmaceuticals. They currently hold the position of Scientist II at Palleon Pharmaceuticals since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center from June 2017 to March 2023, starting as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and then progressing to a Postdoctoral Research Associate. From October 2015 to April 2017, they held a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA). They also worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at National Taiwan University (NTU), College of Medicine from February 2015 to July 2015. Chou's earlier experience includes being a Research Assistant at NTU from September 2010 to September 2011, and serving as a Private in the Ministry of National Defense R.O.C. Taiwan from July 2009 to July 2010.

Chih-Hsing Chou, PhD, has a comprehensive education background in the field of biomedical sciences. Chou began their educational journey at Chung Shan Medical University (CSMU), located in Taichung, Taiwan, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biomedical Sciences from 2003 to 2007. Following this, Chou pursued higher education at Chang Gung University (CGU) in Kwei-Shan, Tao-Yuan, Taiwan, and successfully obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biomedical Sciences, General, from 2007 to 2009. To further enhance their expertise, Chou then attended the National Taiwan University (NTU), College of Medicine, based in Taipei, Taiwan, and completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Anatomy and Cell Biology from 2011 to 2015.
