Andy Farris

Andy Farris is currently the Production Manager at Pallet Consultants Nationwide. Andy has over 17 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.

Andy started their career as a Sales and Service Technician for First Line Fire Extinguisher Company. Andy then became a Head Swim Coach for Paducah Swim Team, where they coached for six years. In 2010, they transitioned into the Quality Assurance Supervisor role at MVP Group International Inc. and was promoted to Maintenance Supervisor and Research and Development Supervisor within a year. In 2016, Andy took on the role of Warehouse Supervisor at Beam Suntory and then Assistant Bottling Manager at Sazerac Company in 2019.

Throughout their career, Andy has continuously demonstrated their ability to lead and manage teams effectively. Andy is a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Their experience in various aspects of production has allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the manufacturing process. Andy is highly motivated and takes pride in their work. Andy is always looking for ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Andy Farris completed a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and Tourism from the University of Kentucky.
