Javier Peña is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in communications and outreach roles within government and nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Communications Administrator at the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Office, Javier previously held positions as Communications and Outreach Director at Outreach Aid to the Americas and Communications Specialist at the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom, where responsibilities included managing digital communications and supporting high-level delegations. Javier's background also includes significant roles at the International Republican Institute and Management Systems International, contributing to democratic governance initiatives across Latin America. With a strong academic foundation including an M.A. in Government and a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, Javier is well-versed in international relations and political analysis.
