Hayder al-Azzawi

Hayder Al-Azzawi is a skilled colorectal surgeon with extensive experience in the medical field. Currently serving at Tenet Florida Physician Services since September 2013, Hayder Al-Azzawi previously completed a colorectal surgery fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic from July 2012 to July 2013 and underwent general surgery residency at Indiana University Health from July 2004 to July 2012. Hayder Al-Azzawi earned an M.B.Ch.B degree from the University of Baghdad, College of Medicine, between 1996 and 2002.
