Paul Sandler

Paul Sandler is an experienced general manager with a strong background in restaurant operations. Currently serving as the General Manager of Chickie's and Pete's since January 2020, Paul also manages the Palm Restaurant and Palm Steakhouse, roles held since March 2004 and January 2004 respectively. Previous experience includes ownership of Sandler's on 9th from February 2018 to January 2020, and general management positions at Harrah's Atlantic City and Champagne Charlie’s. Paul’s early career involved various roles at Showboat Casino Hotel, starting as a Casino Floor Server and advancing to General Manager. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Science from Stockton University and an Associate of Arts degree from Catonsville Community College.
