Andrew Brown

Andrew Brown, PE, PTOE, RSP1 is a seasoned Project Manager at Palmer Engineering since December 2012, specializing in civil engineering. Earlier, Andrew gained hands-on experience as a Civil Engineering Intern with Luminant during the summer of 2010, focusing on power construction projects. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky College of Engineering, attained between 2010 and 2013.
