Kevin Damron

Kevin Damron is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and development within the transportation sector. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Palmer Engineering since February 2014, Kevin is responsible for business development, project management, and technical consulting in Kentucky. Previously, Kevin held the position of Deputy State Highway Engineer for Project Development at the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet from April 2010 to February 2014, overseeing the development of all projects in the Kentucky Highway Plan and leading multiple divisions to facilitate the awarding of $5 billion in construction projects. Kevin earned a Master's degree and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky, completing studies from 1987 to 1991 and 1982 to 1986, respectively, after graduating from Dorton High School in 1982.
