David Leto

David Leto is an experienced leader with a strong background in talent solutions and healthcare staffing. As President and CEO of Palmer Group since June 2004, David Leto has driven the company's mission to enhance and empower businesses and the workforce in the Midwest. Prior to this role, David Leto served in various positions at Medical Staffing Network from July 1999 to March 2004, culminating in the role of Branch Director, overseeing national pharmacy staffing and consulting operations. David Leto holds a BA in Organizational Communication from the University of Northern Iowa, where attendance spanned from 1995 to 1999, and is a graduate of Dowling Catholic High School, class of 1995.
