Charlie Laurie

Charlie Laurie has a diverse range of work experience in the IT field. Charlie began their career at Aktion Associates, Inc. as a Lotus Notes & Internet Administrator, where they were responsible for maintaining Domino servers and clients. Charlie then moved on to Wolcott Systems Group as a Senior Consultant. At Progressive Insurance, Charlie held various roles including Internet E-mail & Domino Administrator, Lead IT Systems Engineer, and IT Operations Manager. In these positions, they managed server infrastructures, facilitated relationships with internal customers, and developed strategic plans. Currently, Charlie is working at Palmer Holland, Inc. as the CIO, overseeing IT services and operations.

Charlie Laurie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Management Information Systems from Bowling Green State University from 1996 to 2000. Later, from 2005 to 2006, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business at Cleveland State University.
