Samantha Thompson has cultivated extensive experience in customer experience and service roles, currently serving as a Customer Experience Specialist at Palmer Holland since July 2022. Previously, Samantha worked in a similar capacity at Majestic Steel USA from November 2021 to June 2022. Samantha's tenure at Palmer Holland began in March 2014, where responsibilities included both Sales Partner and Customer Service Representative roles until November 2021. Prior to that, Samantha held the position of Customer Service Representative at PNC from March 2011 to March 2014.
