Susan McWatters

Susan McWatters has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Susan started their career in 1984 at John Wanamaker Philadelphia, PA, where they began as an Executive Trainee and held various positions including sales manager, assistant buyer, and buyer until 1987. Susan then joined Kaufmann's as a Department Manager from 1987 to 1989. After that, they worked at The Bon Ton Stores Inc. as a Store Manager from 1989 to 1997. Following this, they briefly worked at Sears Holdings Corporation as a Store Manager in 1997. Susan then spent a significant portion of their career at Belk, starting as a Store Manager from 1997 to 2002. Susan then transitioned into the role of VP Regional Store Manager from 2002 to 2015. Finally, they returned to the position of Store Manager at Belk from 2015 to 2022. Currently, Susan is employed at Palmetto Moon as a Human Resources Manager, starting in March 2022.

Susan McWatters attended Penn State University from 1981 to 1984, where they pursued a degree in Speech Communication. Their field of study focused on Speech Communication and Rhetoric.
