Vaiva Razgaitis

Vaiva Razgaitis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Vaiva is currently working as the Director of Process Improvement & Product Operations at Palmetto since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Consultant from June 2022 to January 2023. From 2017 to 2022, they held multiple roles at Tesla, including Sr. Staff Program Manager, Technical Program Manager, and Utility Relations Manager. Before joining Tesla, they worked at SolarCity from 2012 to 2017, where they held roles such as Sr. Manager of Utility Relations, Interconnection Manager, Documentation Team Lead, and Regional Documentation Associate. Vaiva also had a volunteer role as a Project Manager for Energy at Vilnius City Municipality in 2012, where they coordinated the development of solar and wind-powered street lamps. In the past, they worked as an Office Manager at Sound Dentistry from 2010 to 2012 and as a Freelance Researcher from 2008 to 2010. Vaiva also had various roles as an Editorial and Marketing Assistant at Temin and Company in 2008, a Business Development Associate at PartnerCom from 2006 to 2008, and Manager of Educational Initiatives at Brooklyn Center for the Urban Environment from 2005 to 2006.

Vaiva Razgaitis earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Cornell University in the years 2000 to 2004. Subsequently, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Master of Science in Global Affairs with a concentration in Energy Policy at New York University.
