Arturo Alejandri is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Palmex Alimentos SA de CV since October 2021, Arturo delivers business performance and transformation through strategic decision support. Prior to this, Arturo was CFO of Medical Devices at Johnson & Johnson, where financial leadership was paramount in maximizing portfolio value.
