Chibueze Uwalaka

Chibueze Uwalaka is a seasoned business operations manager currently overseeing the bills payment channel operations at PalmPay since March 2023. Uwalaka's expertise includes enhancing user experiences, application support, and innovatively driving in-app engagement while collaborating on co-marketing initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as funds transfer personnel at Zenith Bank Plc from June 2014 to February 2023, and a brief stint as a test engineer at Zenithcrest Technologies in 2021. Uwalaka also held the position of maintenance supervisor during a compulsory NYSC at the Ministry of Works and Transport in Ebonyi State and completed an industrial engineering internship at Elizade Nigeria Limited in 2011. Uwalaka holds a certificate in information technology from The Chartered Institute for IT and a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering Technology from the Federal University of Technology Owerri, Nigeria.
