Jackto Justina is an experienced customer service professional with a background in telecommunications and hospitality. Currently serving as a Customer Service Team Lead at PalmPay since April 2021, Jackto previously held positions as a Customer Service Representative within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Telemarketer at Olist Nigeria from September 2020 to November 2021 and as a Front Desk Representative at Uyi Grand Hotel from February 2018 to April 2019.
