Angela Hepner

Angela Hepner, MS-HRD, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Palmyra Area School District, having held the position since August 2021. Previously, Angela was the Director of Human Resources at Lower Dauphin School District for eight years, contributing to cabinet-level decision-making and program evaluation. Angela's extensive background also includes various roles at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, culminating in a managerial position overseeing employee services and benefits for a large workforce. Angela holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management & Employee Relations from Juniata College, along with a professional certification in Human Resources.
