Shiva Teja

Shiva Teja has extensive experience in project management and engineering, currently serving as an Assistant Manager at PalniES since April 2018, where responsibilities include handling multiple projects, facilitating customer interactions, and leading discussions on network updates. Previously, Shiva held roles as Senior Team Lead and Team Lead, focusing on deliverables quality, project planning, and resource management. Earlier experience includes positions as Assistant Team Lead and Computer Aided Design Engineer, specializing in the creation of traffic control plans using RapidPlan/Auto CAD. Prior to PalniES, Shiva worked as an Assistant Engineer at Polygon Projects Private Limited from February 2016 to March 2018, overseeing design processes and preparing technical documentation. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Malla Reddy Institute of Engineering and Technology, alongside earlier secondary and intermediate education.
