Debaprasad Das

Debaprasad Das is an experienced engineering manager currently leading the SRE charters for Palo Alto Networks' flagship malware detection engine, Wildfire, since May 2022. Prior to this, Debaprasad served as a principal engineer focusing on cloud platform and infrastructure. Debaprasad's career includes significant roles at Cisco, where responsibilities included acting as a technical leader for the Cisco DNA Hybrid product and development of a unified platform-as-a-service for Cisco DNAC appliances. Earlier positions encompassed cloud/SDN/NFV engineering at Ericsson and various software development roles at Tata Consultancy Services and the National Informatics Centre. Debaprasad holds a degree in Computer Science from Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology.
