Kevin Kin is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in systems engineering and cybersecurity. Currently serving as the Global VP of Systems Engineering for Cortex at Palo Alto Networks since August 2016, Kevin leads a team focused on NextGen Security Platforms and leverages Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to enhance security operations. Prior roles include Senior Director of Systems Engineering at Palo Alto Networks, where Kevin played a pivotal role in integrating teams and directing initiatives for SecOps. Kevin's background includes significant positions at FireEye, Mandiant, Symantec, and Novadigm, demonstrating a strong track record of driving growth, managing specialist teams, and delivering innovative security solutions across various market segments. Kevin holds a BA in Economics from the University at Buffalo and a Certificate in Information Security and Risk Management from the University of Washington.
