Michael Karbushev

Michael Karbushev is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Palo Alto Networks since August 2022. Prior to this role, Michael held various senior engineering positions at Cornerstone OnDemand from November 2014 to September 2022, where responsibilities included managing engineering teams and overseeing product development for key SaaS applications. Michael also led a consulting firm, Qualitech Results, LLC, focused on software development and operational setup for startups. Additional leadership experience includes tenure at Evolv On-Demand, Oracle, Check Point, and Hyperion Solutions, demonstrating a strong background in engineering management, team building, and product innovation. Michael holds a BA in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MS in Computer Science from San Jose State University.
