Technology Executive at Palo Alto Strategy Group

Todd Hauschildt has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Most recently, they worked as a Technology Executive at Palo Alto Strategy Group, where they conducted technology diligence engagements for Private Equity/Venture Capital firms. This involved analyzing and benchmarking various aspects such as products, systems architecture, cloud infrastructure, software development, cyber security, and talent alignment. Prior to this, Todd served as an Advisory Board Member at Homes for Heroes and was a Board Member at GiveMN.

Todd also had significant roles at UnitedHealth Group, where they served as the CIO for its Optum OmniChannel division and later as the CIO for Optum Consumer Solutions. In these positions, they led initiatives to modernize the telephony infrastructure and oversaw a portfolio of consumer-facing applications utilizing various digital technologies.

Additionally, Todd has contributed to the technology sector in Minnesota as a Past Board Member and Chair at the Minnesota Technology Association. Todd was also a Partner at Social Venture Partners Minnesota, investing in organizations addressing the needs of at-risk youth.

Earlier in their career, Todd was the President and CEO of SWAT Solutions, a quality assurance consultancy. Todd also held various leadership positions at Thomson Reuters, including General Manager of West Managed Technology Services, Vice President of eCommerce & CRM, and Vice President of Online Platforms. In these roles, they achieved significant milestones such as successfully contracting and implementing 35 law firms and leading a CRM implementation for Sales and Marketing.

Before joining Thomson Reuters, Todd worked at Control Data Systems as a Director of R&D/Marketing.

Todd Hauschildt obtained a BA degree in Computer Science and Cognitive Science from Gustavus Adolphus College between 1983 and 1987. Todd later pursued an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the New York Institute of Technology, which they completed from 2002 to 2004.
