Shawn Rivera

Shawn Rivera has a strong background in information technology (IT) management and leadership. Shawn has held various roles throughout their career, starting as a Senior IT Consultant at Aston IT Group in 1999. In this role, they improved IT operations for client companies, including Fortune 500 companies.

Rivera then joined Tectura in 2000 as an IT & Network Manager, Global. Shawn led diverse teams in designing and developing worldwide policies and procedures for the Global Operations Data Center. Shawn also maintained cyber security and technical operations for remote offices in North America and global support in 19 countries.

In 2006, Rivera became the Director of Information Technology at CRi Business Solutions. Here, they introduced lean decision-making processes for optimal technical solutions and cost estimates. Shawn also acted as the primary contact for external collaborative efforts and negotiations.

Rivera then worked as an IT Manager at PowerGenix in 2009. Shawn championed continuous improvement strategies for the IT Department and managed IT operations in the U.S. Shawn also presented projects to senior executives.

Currently, Rivera is the Information Technology Director at Palomar Technologies since 2011. Shawn oversees all IT operations and staff members in various locations, including the U.S., Singapore, and Germany.

Shawn Rivera's education history includes attending the University of Utah, where they studied Political Science.
