Gregory Martinez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational management within the healthcare and construction industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Environmental Services at Palomar Health since April 2012, Gregory has successfully managed the operational startup of a new hospital facility while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and delivering exceptional customer service. Previously, as a Food Service Manager at ARAMARK Healthcare, Gregory oversaw purchasing, scheduling, and inventory control, focusing on quality assurance and safety standards.
