Rob Grigsby

Robert Grigsby currently serves as the Assistant Manager at Pals Sudden Service, a position held since September 2022. Prior experience includes working as an Inside Sales Representative at Kingsport Times News from June 2021 to September 2022, and as staff at Pal's Sudden Service from July 2014 to June 2021, where customer interactions were emphasized for generating sales and maintaining cleanliness. Robert also briefly worked as a Cook at Food City from June 2017 to October 2017, focusing on food quality and customer satisfaction. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from East Tennessee State University (2019-2021) and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Northeast State Community College (2015-2019). Currently, Robert is pursuing a Master of Arts in Teaching, specializing in History, at Tusculum University, with an expected graduation in May 2024.
