Lionel Tempka has extensive work experience in sales and business development roles. Lionel started their career as an Account Manager at Cargill in September 1998 and later became a Sales Manager before leaving in May 2006. In 2006, they joined Palsgaard A/S as an Operational Manager and held that role until January 2015. Lionel then became a Business Development Manager until June 2016. From June 2016 to December 2018, Lionel served as the Director of Sales for Western Europe and North Africa (ENA) at Palsgaard A/S. Lionel was responsible for managing key accounts, building relationships, and achieving significant sales growth. In December 2018, they took on their current role as the Director of Sales ENA at Palsgaard A/S, where they oversee a larger team and focuses on strategy implementation, people management, and launching new products.
Lionel Tempka has a diverse education history. In 1990, they attended lycee bourg les valence and obtained an Associate Degree in food industry technology. Following that, in 1994, they attended CCI bourg en bresse and earned a Bachelor's degree in Economy specialized in the food industry. In 2011, Lionel enrolled in emlyon business school to pursue an Executive MBA, which they completed in 2013. Recently, in 2022, they briefly attended INSEAD to further enhance their skills in Leading for Result.
