Vitaly Markov

Vitaly Markov is a seasoned data engineer with extensive experience in leading data initiatives across multiple companies. Currently serving as Lead Data Engineer at Palta since June 2021, Vitaly Markov has contributed to the development of "Palta Brain," an in-house data collection, processing, and analytics platform that enhances competitive advantage. Prior to this role, Vitaly Markov was the Lead Data Engineer at Bumble, overseeing the transition of a data platform to a hybrid model, which included migrating several petabytes of data to Google Cloud Storage. Vitaly Markov's earlier roles include Senior Data Engineer at Badoo, where significant data engineering systems were designed, and Senior Billing Developer, as well as Web Developer at Read.ru, where front-end and back-end solutions were crafted for an online bookstore.
