Matthew Korenberg

Matthew Korenberg is a finance executive with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical and investment banking sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Palvella Therapeutics since October 2024, Korenberg also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at NeuroCircuit Therapeutics since September 2013. Previously, Korenberg served as President and Chief Operating Officer, as well as Chief Financial Officer, at Ligand Pharmaceuticals from August 2015 to October 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Managing Director at Goldman Sachs from August 1999 to August 2013 and as an Investment Banking Analyst at UBS Investment Bank from July 1997 to July 1999. Korenberg obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, graduating in 1997.
