Misti Cole

Misti Cole, MSA, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Misti currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at PAM Health, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, Misti worked at Southwest Arkansas Electric Cooperative, where they held various roles including Director of Human Resources and Member Services from February 2022 to November 2022, Manager of Human Resources from October 2021 to January 2022, and Human Resources Specialist from October 2020 to September 2021. Misti also has experience as the Vice President of Accounting / Human Resources at Mil-Way Federal Credit Union from July 2013 to September 2020.

Misti Cole, MSA, SHRM-CP obtained a Master's degree in Accounting in December 2017 from Texas A&M University-Texarkana. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the same university in 2006. Misti also holds the certification of SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
