Adiyah Kapukong

Adiyah Kapukong has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Adiyah started their career in 2015 as a Laboratory Assistant of Structural Geology and Geokomputations at IST AKPRIND, where they worked until September 2016. In 2017, they joined PT Mitra Perkasa Ekatama as a Safety Officer for six months before transitioning to Pamapersada Nusantara. At Pamapersada Nusantara, they held various positions including FGDP-OPERATION DIVISION and Drill Blast Technical from November 2017 to September 2022. Adiyah then became a Group Leader from October 2022 to August 2023 and a Production SHE Coordinator from August 2023 to November 2023. Adiyah currently holds the position of Drill Blast Section Head, starting in November 2023.

Adiyah Kapukong obtained a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Institut Sains & Teknologi AKPRIND, where they studied Geological Engineering. Additionally, they have several certifications in various technical and operational fields. Adiyah obtained the certification for Susbintalpim (Bela Negara) from Pussenif Kodiklat TNI AD in September 2023. In September 2022, they received the DRILL & BLAST FUNDAMENTAL certification from Dyno Nobel. In September 2021, they obtained the Technical Blasting Level 2 and Technical Drilling Level 2 certifications from Pamapersada Nusantara. Earlier in September 2019, they acquired the Pengawas Operasional Pertama certification from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM). Furthermore, in April 2018, they completed the Pelatihan Dasar Pengawas Operasional training from Pamapersada Nusantara. Adiyah also holds an Ahli K3 Umum certification from the Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan, which they obtained in March 2017. Lastly, they have a Kompetensi Juru Ledak Kelas 2 certification from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), although the month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
