Dio Efka Ryanda

Dio Efka Ryanda's work experience includes working as an Advisor at Guidepoint Singapore starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Pamapersada Nusantara since 2014. These roles included being a Top Soil Management Section Head, Coal Quality Control Section Head, Coal Mining & Hauling Section Head, Overburden Group Leader, and Operation FGDP. In these positions, Dio was responsible for tasks such as land clearing, top soil removal and land rehabilitation, coal mining and hauling, and monitoring and controlling fleet activities. Dio Efka also participated in audits and reviews of operation systems.

Dio Efka Ryanda attended the Institut Teknologi Bandung from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering. In addition to their degree, Dio also obtained several certifications. These include "New Quality Improvement for Jury" from Pamapersada Nusantara in June 2020, "ISO 9001:2015" from Pamapersada Nusantara in December 2019, "Pengawas Operasional Madya" from BNSP Republik Indonesia in July 2018, "POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama)" from BNSP Republik Indonesia in February 2017, and "Business Communication" from The British Institute (TBI) in June 2014.
