Roger Schisel

Roger Schisel is an experienced manufacturing manager with a diverse background in plant operations and quality safety management. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Pamarco since September 2018, Roger has previously held the roles of Production Manager at the same company and Quality Safety Manager at Wesley International, where responsibilities included scheduling safety training and overseeing maintenance and production. Prior to these roles, Roger was Plant Superintendent at Wesley International, focusing on team leadership and compliance, and Manufacturing Supervisor at Harper Corporation of America, where daily production planning and teamwork were key functions. Roger's career began as Production Lead at Advance Systems Incorporated, where training employees and fabricating systems were central to the role. Roger holds a high school diploma from Brillion Public High School and completed further education at the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2017.
