Sebastian Vierheller

Sebastian Vierheller is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal and corporate sectors. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Pan American Silver Corp. since August 2022, Vierheller previously co-founded and managed RootsAR Management, a professional athletes' representation agency. Prior experience includes being an Associate Lawyer at Saravia Frías Abogados, where responsibilities involved corporate structure strategy development for foreign investors and due diligence for M&A. Additional roles as a Legal Officer at the Argentine Ministry of Foreign Affairs involved the enforcement of international treaties and negotiation of treaties in civil, commercial, and criminal matters, while earlier positions as a paralegal provided a foundation in handling various legal processes. Vierheller holds an Internationally Certified Compliance Professional degree and a Lawyer Degree from the University of Buenos Aires.
