Client Service Manager

Client Service Manager has over 12 years of experience in the customer service and logistics industry. Client started their career as an assistant manager in supply chain management at Li & Fung and then moved to LF Logistics where they held a similar position. In 2009, they joined AGI Logistics as an air operations manager and then moved to ShopX in 2020, where they are currently working as a client service manager.

They work with Sales Manager - Sales Manager, Partnerships Manager - Partnerships Manager, and Marketing Manager - Marketing Manager. Some individuals on their team include Success Manager I - Success Manager, Success Manager IV - Success Manager, and Success Manager X - Success Manager. Client Service Manager reports to Ahmed Fahmy, Commercial Director.
