Marta van Dam

Marta van Dam is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in the asset management industry. Currently serving as Senior Legal & Regulatory Counsel at PanAgora Asset Management since 2021, Marta previously held the position of Chief Compliance Officer at Convexity Capital Management LP from 2011 to 2020, where expertise was applied in fixed income markets. Before this, Marta was General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Liberty Square Asset Management LP (2005-2011), contributing to the establishment of Steel Partners Japan Asset Management. Marta began the professional career at Gadsby Hannah LLP as a Partner and Senior Associate, focusing on corporate and securities law from 1997 to 2005.
