Giselle Toro

Giselle Toro currently serves as a Geographic Information System Specialist at Panagora Group since June 2023. Giselle’s previous roles include Ingeniera de soluciones para la investigación at Universidad de los Andes - Colombia (September 2019 - June 2023) and Geographic Information Systems Consultant at Ministerio del Interior (September 2021 - December 2021). Additionally, experience at Universidad del Rosario as a Geospatial Researcher (May 2019 - June 2020) and multiple positions at Altipal S.A. involved leadership roles in geomarketing and analysis. Early career highlights include an Executive role at Grupo MeikO and various positions at Combustibles Líquidos de Colombia focused on customer segmentation and geographic analysis. Giselle holds a Master's in Information and Communications Sciences with an emphasis in Geomatics and a degree in Cadastral Engineering and Geodesy, both from Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas.
