Daniel J West

Daniel J. West is the founder and CEO of Panalyt, a data-driven people analytics company. Prior to Panalyt, Daniel was a people advisor for aCommerce and Careem, two leading eCommerce and ride-sharing startups in Southeast Asia and the Middle East, respectively. At aCommerce, Daniel helped establish a comprehensive Talent Acquisition solution that included an ATS system selection and implementation (Greenhouse), compensation redesign, offer mechanics, and team training. At Careem, Daniel advised on the People strategy and helped create an end-to-end People Experience that created and reinforced positive company culture.

Daniel J West has a Bachelor of Arts Hons in Human Resource Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts Hons in International Relations & African Asian Studies from the University of Sussex.
