Pinal Ramani has over 18 years of experience in telecommunications and networking, currently serving as Associate NOC Manager at Panamax Inc. since June 2007, where responsibilities include managing Voice & SMS operations for Bankai Group, overseeing interconnect processes for various partners, and ensuring operational stability through BCP planning. Pinal's previous roles within Panamax include Sr. NOC Engineer, NOC Engineer, and Support Engineer, with a focus on traffic monitoring, QoS management, and partner interconnection testing. Prior experience includes Systems and Network Administration at Electromech Infosys and work as a VSAT Engineer at Infinium India LTD.
