Kristi Williamson

Kristi Williamson is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Human Resources at Panasonic Avionics Corporation since April 2018, Kristi previously held multiple vice president positions at BorgWarner Inc. from January 2008 to April 2018, overseeing Human Resources for both the Engine Group and Drivetrain divisions. Kristi's career began at Metaldyne in 1997, advancing from Human Resources Coordinator and Recruiting Specialist to Director of Human Resources before leaving in January 2008. Kristi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business, Management, and Human Resources from Cleary University and certifications in Labor and Industrial Relations and Talent Acquisition from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
