Widad Tamimi

Widad Tamimi is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) with extensive experience in international human resources and talent management across diverse regions. At Panasonic Avionics Corporation, Widad holds the position of Senior Director for International Human Resources covering EMEA and APAC, as well as Global Talent Management. Previously, Widad served as the Regional HR Director for Turkey, the Middle East, North Africa, and Pakistan at DuPont. Widad also worked as an HR Consultant and held multiple roles at Mars, including Senior Human Resources Manager for the GCC and Marketing Category Development Manager for the GCC (Food). Throughout the career, Widad has demonstrated expertise in human resources strategy and development across various industries and geographical areas.
