Gareth Rayworth is an experienced leader in customer service and management with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Managing Director for Panasonic UK, Gareth has been instrumental in developing a product support strategy for consumers across Europe and enhancing service capabilities within the network. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Customer Services at EDF Energy, Operations Director at Jardine Lloyd Thompson, and Head of Site for a large customer support center at Comet. Gareth also held various customer contact management positions at Banco Santander and served as a Graduate Management Trainee at Abbey National. Gareth holds a BA(Hons) in Modern Studies from Coventry University and a Diploma in Management Science from Nottingham Trent University.
