Phillip Dunning Ccim

Phillip Dunning, CCIM, currently serves as Senior Development Manager at Panattoni Development Company since June 2021, after holding the role of Development Manager. Prior experience includes Director of Real Estate Development at The Siegel Group from August 2019 to May 2021, and Retail Single Tenant Net Lease Broker at Colliers International from January 2013 to August 2019, focusing on retail tenants and restaurant tenants in the Las Vegas, NV market. Additionally, Phillip worked as a Retail Specialist for MDL Group from January 2008 to January 2013, concentrating on retail and shopping center leasing and real estate investments. Prior to these roles, Phillip was self-employed as a Developer from 2005 to 2009 and managed Joe's Italian Restaurant from December 1996 to October 2005.
