Neil Balmer

Neil Balmer is an experienced professional in the fields of mental health and public affairs, currently serving as Programme Lead for South London Listens at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust since March 2021. In addition, Neil Balmer holds the position of Project Manager for South London Listens at Pancreatic Cancer UK and serves as a Board Trustee for Orchard and MQ: Transforming Mental Health. Previously, Neil Balmer held various leadership roles, including Director of Strategy, Engagement and Communications and Director of Communications at MQ: Transforming Mental Health, and Account Director at M+F Health. Additional roles include Public Affairs Manager at The Royal College of Psychiatrists and Senior Researcher at the Liberal Democrats in the House of Lords.
