Lana Loncar

Lana Loncar has a diverse work experience in product design and management. Lana is currently working at PandaDoc as the Head of Product Design, Growth. Prior to this, Lana worked at Unbabel as a Senior Product Design Manager, where they led the product design processes and team, collaborated with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, and developed a design system. Lana also worked as a Senior Product Designer at Unbabel, where they redesigned the CAT tool, created an onboarding experience, and designed new features for the community. Lana's earlier experience includes working as a Product Designer at Global IT Factory, where they led the back office initiative, and as a UI/UX Designer, where they worked with various clients in different industries. Lana also worked as a Web and Graphic Designer at eKapija.

Lana Loncar holds a Master of Architecture (MArch) degree and a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree from the University of Belgrade. Lana also obtained a certification in the LEADER Project Entrepreneurship Program from the Ivey Business School at Western University in 2019.
