Juan De la Torre has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Juan started their career at Sage España, where they held various positions such as Product Marketing Manager, New Business Marketing Manager, and Channel Marketing Manager. At Sage España, they were responsible for product positioning, go-to-market strategies, campaign execution, and generating communication content. Juan then worked at Repsol as a Gestor de Publicidad Corporativa, where they designed and executed institutional advertising campaigns and supported the advertising needs of different business units.
Following their time at Repsol, they joined Vaughan Systems as a Responsable de Marketing y Nuevos Medios, where they defined and executed the company's marketing plan, managed online strategies, and established partnerships. Juan also worked closely with product managers to ensure the achievement of commercial objectives and optimized advertising spaces on Vaughan Radio and Vaughan TV.
Later, they joined Cabify as the Head of Marketing & Sales Spain, overseeing marketing and sales strategies. Juan then joined Valassis Spain as the Head of Digital, responsible for driving digital initiatives. After that, they worked at SamyRoad as the VP Sales Spain, leading sales efforts in the country.
In 2018, Juan joined The Valley Digital Business School as an Associate Professor & Students Mentor, sharing their expertise with students. In 2019, they became a Partner at PicTime App, and in 2021, they took on the roles of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Marketing Officer at Twenix. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Marketing at PandaGo, where they oversee marketing operations.
