Juan Carlos de la Fuente Raffo has extensive experience in commercial management and sales, currently serving as the Gerente Comercial at PANDERO S.A. EAFC since February 2024 and as the Founder of The Sales Corporation Lab. since August 2023. Prior roles include Gerente Central De Ventas and operations Retail at Grupo Efe, and Director of Sales Retail Banking at BBVA Continental, where responsibilities encompassed directing external sales teams and strategies for retail products with substantial annual disbursements. Juan Carlos has held various leadership positions in prominent financial institutions, including Scotiabank Peru and Banco Sudamericano, focusing on sales strategy and consumer lending products. Additionally, Juan Carlos holds a Master's degree in Direccion Comercial y Marketing from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a degree in Economia from Universidad Ricardo Palma.
